Since 1970 I have collected recipes. A storage spot was necessary because I could never find a recipe that I wanted. In addition, my family will be able to continue using our family recipes.

Aunt Terry's Lemon Chicken
5 boneless chicken, pounded thin 1 cup water 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice sugar to taste
Bread cutlets and fry. Mix water, lemon and sugar to taste. Pour over top of fried cutlets. Cover until it bubbles.
