1 large onion -- chopped
5 cloves garlic -- chopped
2 large cans crushed Italian tomatoes
1/2 can water
1/4 cup red wine
1/4 cup asiago Cheese
salt and pepper, basil, parsley, onion
powder, garlic powder
Saute onion in olive oil. Add garlic and saute until soft. Add tomatoes
and seasonings. Cook for about 30 minutes.
