4 boneless pork top loin chop
1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1 large egg with 2 tsp water
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Dredge in parmesan cheese, then egg wash, then bread crumbs and fry in hot
oil until brown.
Finish baking in oven.
