Boneless pork butt cut into chunks
Rub with rib rub and sear pork in hot oil
For the liquid I used apple juice, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and mustard.
Mix well and pour around the pork.
Cook on low for about 6 hours, pull apart with two forks.
Before serving, mix in Barbeque sauce.
Serve on Hawaiian rolls.
