1 pound pecans, almonds, or walnuts
½ C sugar
¼ t salt
½ t cinnamon
1 egg white
1 t water
-In a large bowl, beat egg white and water until frothy. Add pecans and coat them well.
-Mix dry ingredients.
-Add to pecans and mix well. Bake on buttered pan in one layer on 250 degrees for one hour, stirring twice.
