Ingredients
- 250 g Almond Flour
- 125 g Sugar
- 3 Whipped Egg Whites
- 125 g Softened Butter
- 5 g Vanilla Extract
- Candied Cherries
Steps
- In a bowl put egg whites, butter and vanilla then pour sugar and almond flour then stir well.
- Place the mixture into a pastry bag and make cookies on a baking pan with parchment.
- Decorate with candied cherries and let it stand for 12 h.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180°C / 360°F for 10 min. until golden.
- Serve.
