Cream of asparagus soup

 Asparagus ends simmered until soft

Add chicken base to taste

Sauté onion and garlic. 

Add to soup

Seasonings, salt, pepper garlic powder and a little curry 

In a food processor, blend soft asparagus tips and pulse until smooth. 

Add back to broth with onion and garlic. 

Add heavy cream or half and half

Make a roux with equal amounts butter and flour and whisk it in until soup is thick.
